Set on four, serene acres covered by old Beech trees and surrounded by the ocean, this 8,900 square-foot home has affectionately become known as the Beech House. The home was designed in harmony with its natural landscape and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The project began with the renovation of an existing Carriage House on the property where the family resided during construction of their new home. Upon the site where the Beech House now stands was an existing structure that was completely torn down to make way for the new build. The Beech House captures the essence of understated, coastal elegance with its dramatic window line and shingle style exterior, and custom millwork, tile, and finishes throughout its interior.
