Rodney Sinclair

Assistant Project Manager

Inquisitive and optimistic, Rodney is a builder at heart and loves watching growth in real time. Prior to joining Windover he worked as an owner and agent of his own Real Estate company. Rodney graduated from Springfield College where he got a bachelor’s degree in human services. Rodney has two growing boys that love sports, so when he’s not at work he’s shuffling them to practice or games. In his downtime, he loves to relax by watching movies with his wife and eating good food. Rodney lives in Beverly with his family and two dogs, Sadie and Royce.
