Founding Windover in 2008, Lee started Windover to build a different kind of construction company focused on a set of core values, a passion for customer service, and attention to detail. In 2018, Lee formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to allow the entire team that helped build Windover to participate in its successes. This allowed him the opportunity to transition from the position of President/CEO to Chairman by the end of 2021. He is currently residing in Charleston, South Carolina where he enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family.
