Over-enrolled and lacking beds, Endicott College turned to Windover to find a solution that would offer on-campus housing for their incoming freshman class. We had nine months to plan and execute before their needed occupancy date.
The solution? Windover’s design-build team with partner, SV Design, Siemasko + Verbridge, developed plans for a 225-bed, modular residence hall that would achieve the college’s program needs and budget while delivering the final product on a tight construction timeline.
