Built in 1964, the 14,000 square-foot, four-story Brother Benjamin Hall has undergone a complete transformation to accommodate a new Middle School program for St. John’s Prep. Completed on an accelerated three month schedule, the renovation included a new entry lobby, dining hall, digital commons, video classroom, team collaborative spaces, and art and music classrooms, as well as refreshed science labs and offices for an enrollment of 300 new students. Windover’s dedicated team shepherded the process, helping relocate existing high school programs from Benjamin Hall to the new High School Academic building, also built by Windover, and by working safely and without disruption to the school’s active campus community.
