We asked John to share a few things about himself and his time at Windover:
What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite thing about Windover would be the comradery and teamwork environment throughout the organization. People really care about each other.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is determining solutions for our team and our clients based on the challenges presented by each estimating project.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
Our team is always willing to help each other in any way to meet our schedule and goals. Everyone is great to work with.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
There are many things I enjoy doing in my free time: saltwater fishing and boating with my family and friends, playing golf with my wife, Maria, and spending time with my grandchildren.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
My dream home would be on the water and would come with a dock for my boat and an oversized garage.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community, either through Windover or other organizations?
Being a veteran myself, I like to support my brother and sister veterans through our Social Sustainability Committee at Windover. I also devote time to my fraternity scholarship fund established years ago to benefit the children of our fraternity members.
