Sam joined Windover in 2022 and his dedication to the success of his project is evident in the way he’s always ready to lend a hand, no matter how busy his day gets. His enthusiasm for connecting with others and learning everything he can about the construction industry is contagious. As one colleague shares, “One of Sam’s greatest strengths is his sharp attention to detail. He has a natural talent for spotting discrepancies between plans and what is happening on site, and he doesn’t hesitate to dig into his resources to find the right answers.” Sam’s confidence in providing direction and taking intelligent risks continues to grow with each challenge, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
Being surrounded by people who know the industry well and care about doing what’s right. It’s a caring and supportive environment that’s very unique.
What is your favorite part of your job?
The variety – no two days are ever the same, and I like the challenge of working things out as they come.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
Everyone is highly skilled, professional, and focused on the same goal: delivering quality work.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
Catching a Boston sports game, then heading to the Cape for a change of pace.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
A well-designed and spacious yard with a wrap-around porch.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community?
Contributing to projects that actually make an impact.
