People Spotlight: Meet Sylva Benanchietti

Each Quarter, we spotlight employees who live out our core values every day. In this quarter’s people spotlight, we are highlighting Assistant Project Manager Sylva Benanchietti! Sylva joined Windover in 2012 and has let her experience and her vast knowledge of the industry shine while staying dedicated to driving results collaboratively. “Sylva possesses the remarkable ability to elevate any team she joins,” a teammate shares. “Her meticulous attention to detail is both impressive and inspiring, setting a high standard that motivates those around her. In addition, her genuine care and concern for her teammates create a family-like atmosphere on-site.”

We asked Sylva to share a few things about herself and her time at Windover:

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover? 

My favorite part about Windover is that it’s a small company with a friendly atmosphere that focuses on teamwork.

What is your favorite part about working with your team? 

My favorite part of working with my team is being able to work through the problems collaboratively.

What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?

I have many interests such as traveling, reading, and learning new things.

If you were building your dream home, what would it include? 

My dream home would include enough space for my artwork and collections (and of course someone to clean the house!).

What is your favorite way to get involved with the community?

My favorite way to get involved with the community is through volunteer work or donating.
