After previously completing the combined 67,000 square-foot Gerrish School of Business and Ginger Judge Science Center, Windover was selected to provide design-build services for the 15,000 square-foot, four-story expansion to the Ginger Judge Science Center. The expansion ties directly into the existing Ginger Judge Science Center and accommodates Endicott’s rapid growth in STEM fields with an entire floor dedicated to engineering studies along with incubator and makerspace labs, classrooms, and offices. The first floor features a new college tavern called Gully’s that is separated from the educational spaces above. The brick and metal panel façades seamlessly blend the steel-framed structure into the existing facility.
Located in the center of campus, the project was successfully completed over the course of the academic year with zero interruptions to ongoing campus activities.
