Named for award-winning chef/co-owner Frank McClelland of Boston’s legendary L’Espalier fame, FRANK provides an upscale yet relaxed restaurant experience featuring a hyper-local, farm-to-table approach to dining.
Windover provided preconstruction and construction management services for the 5,000 square-foot fitout of shell space at the street level of the 112 Rantoul Street apartment community. The restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating for 180 guests, a 1,300 square-foot commercial kitchen, and features rustic decor, exposed ceilings, palettes on walls, banquettes, and salvaged materials. FRANK also includes a market with take-away selections. Windover successfully completed the project on a fast-track schedule with zero interruptions to the apartment community or surrounding neighborhood in the busy downtown depot area of Beverly.
