Located in the new, highly visible North Shore Crossing retail center off Route 128 in Beverly, Massachusetts, this flagship North Shore Bank branch was designed to provide a modern, open-concept banking experience. Windover was selected to perform preconstruction and construction management services for the interior fit-out. The project scope included new MEPs and extensive, high-end millwork which required acute attention to detail and precise installation. The 2,500 square-foot space features a beautifully designed stone wall and fireplace in the center of the lobby.
Despite being completed concurrently with the surrounding 66,000 square-foot North Shore Crossing retail center, Windover’s management team was able to closely coordinate with multiple other contractors on site and successfully deliver the project on a three-and-a-half-month schedule over the winter months.
