Our team orchestrated all components of this turnkey, design-build fit-out just short of delivering patrons on its opening day. This included the permitting, programming, budget, design, and construction of this 10,000 square-foot upscale restaurant and bar located at the famed Boston Landing. What is more, Windover procured all of the details down to the point-of-sale systems, linens, furniture, glassware and silverware for our client.
Featuring both indoor and outdoor dining to accommodate up to 286 people, the space is finished with high-end millwork, tiling, and lighting accents that make it one of the area’s most unique dining destinations. The fit-out included a main dining area, bar, private function area, commercial kitchen, restrooms, and a new copper-clad entry vestibule.
