Aster at the Summit, Windover Construction’s second project with The Dolben Company, is a new 300,000 square-foot apartment complex featuring three multi-story buildings with a total of 173 luxury apartment units, a below-grade parking garage beneath the wood-framed buildings, and a timber-frame clubhouse. Amenities for residents include a gym, resident lounge, dog washing station, fire pits at the outdoor lounge, and a conference room.

The project sits on a tight 3-acre site, and extensive sitework included the removal of 15,000 cubic yards of ledge and coordinating the shutdown of the adjacent interstate highway during blasting.
