The Truette features two mixed-use buildings totaling 244,000 square feet, containing 197 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, along with 15,000 square feet of retail space and parking garages in both buildings. This mix was intentionally crafted to support modern living in a walkable, active environment. It is the first phase of the Cochecho Waterfront Development, known as The Waterfront District, a transformative 300,000 SF mixed-use multifamily community.

Additionally, this first phase includes 23 townhomes, offering a diverse range of options within the growing district. The commercial spaces – pre-fitted for both restaurant and retail tenants – have been oriented toward a central courtyard featuring outdoor seating, new landscaping, and pedestrian pathways that reinforce the development’s community-focused vision. Designed by EMBARC, the residences feature spacious layouts, high-end finishes, abundant natural light, and stunning views of the Cochecho River.
