Halyard is the largest multifamily complex in recent Gloucester history and is one piece of the Windover-led joint venture redevelopment of a 13-acre property that once held the Fuller School. The apartment community includes three separate, four-story apartment buildings with 200 residential units and a centrally located, single-story clubhouse. The project also includes 300 spaces of surface parking for residents.
The overall redevelopment includes concurrent construction of the new Glen T. MacLeod Cape Ann YMCA and 25,000 square feet of open-air retail, providing residents with a true walkable community that includes ample options for shopping, dining, health, and wellness.
