The 165,000-square-foot development for Cathartes is the second phase of the Harborwalk Apartments in Plymouth, MA. The newest phase in the luxury apartment community includes a four-story building with 147 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Additionally, the complex offers community spaces, outdoor amenities, and a 7,500-square-foot retail building.
Harborwalk is part of The Life Collection from Boston-based developer Cathartes. It promotes a balance between work and life by providing spaces, services, and programming to connect people, places, and the community. The project’s overall community is dotted with pocket parks, community areas, and landscaped sidewalks that tie all the buildings together. The project has spectacular views of Plymouth Bay and is connected to the Town of Plymouth by a 1.2-mile bike trail along the water. In addition to the shared amenities from Phase I, the Phase II amenities include elevators, landscaped courtyard with an activity plaza, fitness space, bike storage, and a lobby built for working from home.
